This person should be comfortable coming up with fresh content ideas, filming content, editing videos, and spotting trends that can be adapted for our audience.</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 30px;">The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and confident behind the camera and behind the edit. You should understand what makes social content feel authentic, helpful, entertaining, and worth watching.
