Within this role, you will actively contribute to the strategic development of JobTread's customer journey, with a focus on maximizing engagement, increasing retention, and equipping customers with the tools and support needed to build and sustain successful businesses. This position is responsible for customer-facing training, particularly the delivery of live and recorded training sessions, and engaging directly with customers to ensure they understand and can effectively use JobTread. You'll be at the forefront of delivering impactful training and education, ensuring our customers are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to grow and streamline their businesses. You'll also have the unique opportunity to connect with customers through in-person workshops, roundtable discussions, and trade show events, providing hands-on guidance and fostering a sense of community among JobTread users.
